Main tasks

In this funktion you are reporting to the CFO and are liaising closely with the executive management.

• Finance Compliance
- Act as competence centre for Finance Compliance topics
- Development and ownership of policy framework for Finance and Risk
• Audit interaction
- Manage and coordinate external and internal audit and anticipate their work
in order to ensure efficient audit outcome
- Support organization in preparation for upcoming audits
• Act as Secretary to the Board of Directors
- Plan and coordinate the Bank’s regular Board of Directors’ meetings
- Ensure that all corporate statutory requirements are met
• Monitoring of regulatory changes
- Stay on top of regulatory changes and identify the consequences of new
regulations and actions needed for the Bank to optimize the business
set-up and minimize the regulatory risks
• Regulatory project implementation
- Assume role of project owner for selected regulatory projects and
coordinate activities of the various stakeholders
- Drive implementation of selected regulatory projects

Requirements

• Master of law or economics or equivalent
• Several years working experience as a senior auditor or in an audit
department of a financial institution in Switzerland preferably including
a combination of banking, regulatory or consultancy
• Experience as secretary of an executive body or committee
• Sound knowledge in banking law and understanding of governance issues
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to clearly express
logically reasoned ideas
• Ability to think clearly and to assess matters quickly and to solve problems
• Affinity to new technologies and digital business processes
• Proficient command of written and spoken German and English, knowledge
of French desirable
