Main tasks

- Preparing financial reports from standard to complex trusts and fiduciary structures
- Updating bookkeeping and maintaining timely accounting information in the system
- Involvement in mandate specific transactions and communication with bankers,
lawyers, accountants, agents and consultants in close coordination with the trust officer
- Responsible for ongoing / routine risk assessment on own mandates
- Working on non-routine transactional cases in close coordination with the trust officer
and other relevant parties
- Improving work stream efficiencies relating to team functions

Requirements

- A Bachelor degree in business administration/Banking/Finance or equivalent
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA is an advantage
- A minimum of 3 years accounting experience, preferably in private trust business or in
the financial industry with focus on asset management for private clients
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and strong analytical skills
- Attention to details, reliable and precise
- Strong communication skills in English and German, other languages are a plus
- Good team spirit
